Whether you watch the Real Housewives of New Jersey or not, Envy by Melissa Gorga in Montclair cannot be missed. Home to a New Jersey resident, Melissa Gorga takes pride in developing and selecting her clothing line – from bathing suits, to dresses, to sweatshirts and lounge wear, you are sure to find whatever it is you are looking for and more when you step into Envy. If you prefer to shop online, Envy’s website is easy to navigate and offers what you may want in store at the leisure of your fingertips. Before we dive deeper into Envy, lets discuss what separates this clothing store from others. Melissa Gorga’s dedication, time, and research that she took into selecting her fabrics, colors, and designs are what make this store unique and individual to most. Gorga suffered a COVID closure like most small businesses, and on June 16th of last year it re-opened its doors.

Gorga’s fame did not separate her from the trying time and hardship of having a store-closure, as she expressed gratitude to re-open with a restock of so many of her fan’s favorites. Melissa’s eye for fashion is reflected in her own style. If you follow Melissa on social media and especially Instagram, she often showcases what she is wearing on social media through a photo or video to give her fans a preview of what is to come to the store or already there for you purchase. This is especially useful for those who may not live in the New Jersey or those who prefer online shopping, you can get a “feel” for what it may look like without having to physically go into the store to check it out for yourself.
On the flip side, if you are local to Montclair and prefer to shop in person the staff at Envy is inviting, friendly, and extremely helpful and informative with all questions and shopping accommodations. If you are anything like me you like to shop in a store or purchase from a brand that is passionate and caring. Envy extend passed the clothing and shopping experience and offers more of a family / friend atmosphere immediately. When you walk in to Envy, it is extremely inviting – offering an airy, bright, vibey spot in the heart of Montclair where you will feel right at home with a one of a kind shopping experience that you are sure to come back to again and again.

In a world where most clothes are easily duplicated and replicated, Envy offers the uniqueness that you are looking for and a “one of a kind” piece. And in a world where we want to take care and support small businesses/family owed businesses more than ever before, it is important to re-route our purchases to companies such as Envy.
